Collect ideas, rank them together and turn your choice into a plan.
Gather and shortlist
In a group, open Add to group and choose New board to gather ideas with descriptions and optional images. Any member, including guests, can contribute. Authors can edit their suggestions; the board organiser and group owner can manage every suggestion.
Choose Anonymous ideas when creating a board to hide suggestion authors from other members, including the organiser. The board creator stays visible, and you can recognise and edit your own suggestions. This setting stays fixed.
The organiser or group owner chooses 2–20 ideas for a shortlist, then creates a live ranking. Its contenders stay fixed while people rank them. To start with a saved list, choose Add list from Add to group instead.
Your ranking and the group ranking
Compare two contenders with the same slider or tap controls as ordinary lists. Rankings combines the current members’ votes. Your order shows your own results without changing your separate personal list library.
Each person contributes once per pair. Comparing the same pair again replaces your answer. Answering more distinct pairs adds information without multiplying earlier votes. Live rankings only accept votes from pair comparisons. Arrange is available for personal lists only.
Live rankings open on the live leaderboard. Switch to Play to compare, or Your order to view your own results. Review your answers inside Your order lets you revise or remove answers while voting is open. Details on Rankings shows the group’s current answers, attributed to names unless the list is anonymous. The leaderboard shows continuous positions, with Estimated labels while comparisons are sparse, disconnected or tied. Items without comparisons appear below the Unranked separator, without a position or score. Leaving the group removes your contribution from the combined result.
The organiser or owner can choose an idea from Rankings to record the decision and close ranking. They can do this before everyone has answered.
Make a plan
Reopen board clears its shared rankings and chosen outcome so you can gather ideas again. Existing events stay. Archive and restore apply to the whole group. Permanent deletion is available in the archive to the organiser or owner; linked events stay.
