Find a time together

Propose times, share availability and choose when to meet.

Create an event

Open a group, then choose New event from Add to group. Any member, including guests, can organise. Name the event, adjust its duration with − and +, then select possible days on the calendar. Select the time-zone label to search for a city.

Choose a selected day and drag the time handles to set its hours. The handles also work with the arrow keys. Use these hours for all days copies the current day’s times; Add time window lets you offer separate periods on the same day. Select a calendar day again to remove it.

Invite all members is on by default for new events, so current and future group members are invited automatically. Turn it off in Attendees and details to choose people individually. You can also mark required attendees, add a location or description, or set a response deadline. Existing events keep their chosen attendees until you turn this on. The organiser or group owner can use Edit event in the three-dot menu to change any event details. If someone else changes the event while you are editing, reopen the editor before saving. Changing dates, times, time zone, duration, invited people or required attendees clears the confirmed time. Answers are kept for people and time periods still included; removed periods and people lose their answers, and new periods start unanswered. Changes to the name, location, description or deadline alone keep the confirmed time.

Give your availability

Times are shown in your device’s time zone; select the time-zone label to change it. Pick a proposed day on the calendar, adjust the time handles in 15-minute steps, then choose Available, If needed or Unavailable. Separate proposed periods have their own tabs. Dots mark days and periods that still need answers; ticks mean every time has an answer. These markers update as you edit. The time bar shows answered blocks in green, purple or pink; its outline marks the range you are editing. Your times groups matching answers into blocks; select a block to edit it or clear the selected range. The counter shows fully answered days. Save availability shares your answers across all days and collapses the section when every day is complete. Select Your availability to expand it and edit again.

Unanswered means no answer, not unavailable. You can update your answers until the response deadline, even after a time is confirmed. Cancelling closes responses. Leaving or being removed from the group stops access and excludes your availability from recommendations.

Choose a time

Recommendations cover the entire event duration. Times with fewer missing required attendees come first, then those with more people able to attend, then more firm Available answers. Ties use the earliest time. View availability above the recommendations lets you choose a person and day to see their saved answers across every proposed period. This view is read-only; unsubmitted changes are not shared. The first three options show start and end times, attendance and any missing answers. Select the attendance count to see each person’s answer, or Show more times for other options. Best fit marks the top option when it has potential attendees and all required people can attend at least if needed.

The organiser or group owner confirms the time, including when some people cannot attend. Later conflicts never move it automatically. The confirmed time shows current attendance; changing it requires another confirmation.

Use the three-dot menu on an event card or event page to Cancel or Reopen an event. Reopening keeps its responses and chosen time; the original response deadline still applies.

Archive moves an event out of the main list for the whole group, without cancelling it or changing responses. Archive appears beside Events when there are archived events; open it to view them, then use Restore event to bring it back. Only the organiser or group owner can cancel, reopen, archive or restore. From the archive, they can also permanently delete an event and everyone’s responses.

Add to calendar downloads the confirmed time and optional location as a calendar file. It is not a live subscription: later changes or cancellation must be updated in your calendar too.
