Your Information, Your Choices

To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, deletion, a restriction, or to object to its use, email [email protected]. You can also ask about providers, retention or overseas processing.

Tell us what you need and your Tilt handle. If possible, write from the email linked to your account. Do not send a password, sign-in code or identity document. If we need proportionate extra information to confirm your identity, we will explain why.

Requests are normally free and answered within one month. Some requests have legal exceptions or may require an extension; we will explain what applies. An adult can help a younger user contact us, but we still need to protect that user's information.

On your account page, you can change account details, download the rankings and lists saved in this browser, sign out of all sessions or schedule account deletion.

The browser download is not a full subject-access response: it does not include every server-side account, friendship, session or support record. Contact us for a fuller copy, with other people's rights protected.

Scheduled deletion has an optional 30-day recovery window. You can instead email an erasure request for assessment without that window. Browser copies are separate; clear site data if you also want to remove them from your device.

Report a privacy problem, unwanted contact or concern about a younger user to the same address. Include only the information needed to understand the issue.

You may complain to the ICO or an applicable local data-protection authority. Read the full privacy notice.
