About Tilt
Tilt is a free service that lets you compare items, save rankings and play with friends. The operator is identified in the privacy notice. Contact [email protected] for support or reports of misuse. For requests about your personal information, use our privacy request contact.
These terms explain the rules for using Tilt. The privacy notice explains how information is used; it is not a request for blanket consent.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13. If you are 13–17, involve a parent or trusted adult when you need help understanding these terms, and obtain any permission required where you live. Do not create an account for a child under 13.
Give accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials private. Choose a nickname that does not reveal private details or impersonate another person. You are responsible for the content and invitations you choose to share.
Play fairly and protect others
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or spam others; share illegal content, private information or content you do not have permission to use; or probe accounts, bypass controls, overload the service or exploit security faults.
Do not use Tilt to collect sensitive information about people. Send invitations only to people you have a reason to contact. A link can be forwarded, so do not treat a shared game as a place for confidential information.
Use the block controls or contact us about unwanted contact or content. We may restrict access or remove content to protect users, respond to a legal obligation or address a breach of these rules. Where appropriate, we will explain and allow you to ask for review, unless that would compromise safety or an investigation.
Your content and information
You retain rights in your original content. You give us permission to store and display it only as needed to provide the features you choose, such as syncing a pack or sharing a game. Other users retain rights in their content; an invitation does not give you permission to republish it elsewhere.
Online account features sync data from your browser. Accepted friends and invitation recipients may see the relevant rankings or game results. Review the privacy notice before sharing.
Availability and leaving
Tilt is free. Features may have usage limits or be temporarily unavailable, and availability and data recovery cannot be guaranteed. AI generation is disabled for this launch. We will not charge you or enrol you in a paid plan without a separate, explicit agreement.
You can stop using Tilt at any time. Account tools let you download local rankings and schedule account deletion with a cancellable 30-day window. You may also make a privacy request directly. Clear browser data separately to remove local copies.
If the service closes, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to retrieve information where practicable.
Your legal rights
Tilt is for recreation. Rankings and any historical generated results are not professional advice or statements of fact. Do not rely on them for medical, financial or other important decisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Applicable law determines any liability; these terms do not impose a blanket waiver of your rights.
Changes and concerns
We will update the date when these terms change and bring material changes to your attention before they apply. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Contact us if you have a question or wish to challenge an account restriction.
